About Me

Hey, my name is Nicholas Silva. I grew up in Bay Shore/Brentwood area and have been here all my life. I’ve been in the industry for over 8 years. I am currently a piercer at House of Colour. Before coming to House of Colour I managed a tattoo shop for 5 years before learning to my dream job. Believe it not, I didn’t start to get pierced myself until I was 25 years old. My amazing Co-Worker and mentor Dean Galgano took me on as a apprentice. Little fun fact, He tattooed his name on the bottom of my foot. Yes, just like woody in toy story. I have a lot of love for this industry as a whole. I am also collector of some amazing tattoos from people who work along side me as well as wonderful and talented people I’ve met along the way. Currently as of writing this, I have 50 piercings on myself. I am glad to help anyone along on their piercing journey. I can provide suggestions and ideas for a variety of piercings as well as assistance with jewelry options, stretching, and jewelry changes. I truly am grateful for all my clients that come though our door.
